Has this been cut from a whole bumper cover? Can this be painted and switched out with my OEM?

There are a couple switch sets for rear fogs over there.

How about this bumper cover...is this bolt on?

Yes it will fit; however, ask the guy to sell you the center bottom grill and the fog light assembly. I'm not sure about the fog light assembly but the center grill is different between M5 and standard (540,525,530) will not fit correctly. If you purchase center grill with the spoiler, you should have no problem.

you may even find that the tow hook covers are different from standard.I wanted to get a new tow hook cover so i tried to get one from the local yard, but because i have the mtech front spoiler iit had to come from germany.I am not to sure how specific the etk is but if someone want to look up a part number my chassis is bf01045

Never thought a used M5 bumper cover would go for $315 in Germany.

Well $253 Euros anyway (http://cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2461196889&category=18313#ebayphotohosting)
