major driver seat issue

took driver seat out to fix seat twist and it turned into a really complicated issue for all sorts of reasons. Now cannot get seat to go back and forth when put back in car. Help!

rear and try to move the seat with the rear bolts loose and then tighten them down evenly once you get the seat to move.
