I don't have the diagram in hand but I do remember that it goes over the crank quiete a bit. There is a diagram in the TIS and ETK.

Has anyone had any issues of the belt tensioner (that bolts to oil filter housing) NOT wanting to thread the screws? I am very confused, but I instert the bolts and they don't seem to thread... almost like theres no threading there, but the bolts are not stripped and nor is the housing, im so confused, it got dark tonight so i just pulled it in the garage and went home.
