If I'd been drinking coffee I'd probably have spit it all over my laptop. Wasn't drinking coffee though so the laptop lives to compute another day.

I think he has the mileage and the price swapped.

Speaking of dislexia.... Did you hear about the dislexic that tried to kill himself?? He jumped behind the bus :D

As a theoretical exercise: what would you pay/what would it be worth for a 0 to 1000 mileage 535 from '89? In the right colors.

I'm not a wealthy man or anything but I'd give you 20k without even a blink. If you amortized the '89 sticker of about 40k at recent (phony) inflation statistics, you would have to pay 60k to acheive the same inflation adjusted utility. Not to mention the cool factor.

Well, it is "perfect" with "no defects of flaws" after all.

Which car would you rather have? This car or the M5 we've been talking about in another thread?

You know, it just struck me that these guys might be crazy like foxes. Look at the exposure this otherwise uninteresting car has gotten simply because they reversed the mileage and price. Clever.

even if they accidentally added a 0, it is highly overpriced.
think he takes trades, i think i could get a M5 with the difference

It's clearly $2988 for a car with 167,000 miles.

the bad...just checked it out...NO maintenance, engines very rough, smells like raw fuel, exhaust leak, cats dont fire, aux fans dont work (fuse fine), swords fried, some strange wire tapped into the fuse box, all doors are rusted at the bottom, outdoor car so very ugly/rusty underneath, motor and trans leak, dont look like anything was EVER replaced underneath or under the hood.

The good... outside dont look bad when driving by at 50, the seats arent bad at all, the radio works, both peddles and the steering wheel are there, AC sorta works on high, the body is pretty straight, seems to go into gear (slushbox), ummmm... cant think of much more right now.

If anyone is interested I'll take it for a drive.
