Steering Wheel Mod--Horn Malfunction

I replaced my stock steering wheel with a Nardi wheel. To mount it, I used a Momo hub with a 12mm adapter from Nardi that enables a Nardi wheel to be mounted using a Momo hub. The hub has a small lead wire that plugs into the Nardi horn button.

The horn button does not work. However, the horn sometimes goes off randomly and the only way to stop it is to shut off the car and remove the #9 fuse. The fuse can usually be re-inserted later.

Any ideas on what is causing this?

Looks like your hub sleeve couping works but appears that the horn button itself is having contact problems. You need to disassemble the horn button. Either fix it or replace it. Should be easy enough to do but will take some effort.
