I think I wanna know where the supercharger is to be mounted. If it is port-side, over the alternator, as it were, then the lines will be very interesting to me.

Any thoughts on additional cooling openings or extra full throttle cooling ? Water injectors in front of the intercooler for example?

@Jose:

Water sprayer on intercooler really doesnt do that much. Water/alcohol injection thru throttle body does a considerable amount to keep detonation down, but is expensive and if you tune based on water injection, you're pretty f-ed if your injector fails or you run out of water without realizing.

I am looking at the NOS intercooler sprayer. It sprays compressed N02 onto the leading plane of the intercooler which, like the fluid at the bottom of a can of compressed air, chills the entire intercooler very rapidly.

I'd contact Pat P. He worked thru all these sorts of issues in his multiple turbo builds. I'm sure he can give you some good ideas on where and how to mount things. Of course, he did his on the M30 setup but I'm sure the intercooler issues are similar.

Cheers,

Jeff
