About once a day I get the "Low Windshield Washer Fluid" Message. The container is full, the connection good. Is there a standard thing to check - or is it just time to put a new sensor in the bottle.

Anyone know how to get rid of the message withtout turning the car off ???

Probably either a new sensor or clean up the existing sensor.

Make sure the sensor is right-side-up and that the float is floating.

Hi,

I have that problem too but it takes a slightly harder than normal stop to do it, like having to deal with a light that turned red at the wrong moment. Is yours acting the same way?

I think so - As I always notice it at stop lights. I guess the brakes are working good eh ????

The sensor has a very particular orientation. I would guess that if its cocked even 15 degrees it will trip under a hard braking or acceleration session. (depending on which way its pointing) Make sure it sits 100% straight up and down. It fixed my problem.
