EML disassembly

I have almost completely disassembled the throttle body but I can t figure out how to unscrew and remove the commutator off. There is a torx bolt and it just unscrews but will not release. I have to remove so I can check out the major play which drives the butterfly flap.

I assume you are talking about the throttling valve in design EML = without bowden cable.
