Just FYI (you may already know this.....) E34 M50 oil pans are in high demand since they are the pan used for E30 M50 (S50/S52 etc) engine swaps....

I've sold a couple in the last year or so- used pans sell for ~$175-200 shipped usually.

FWIW, I think you can get a NEW pan from aftermarket suppliers for ~$275+ shipping.
