Ask everyone prop knows, I am repainting part of my door panels.
linky http://www.bimmer.info/forum/showthread.php?t=12327

Now that I have it all apart, I need to get some new bottom door pieces as the metal part is all rusted on these.

Part #8 going on a Oxford Green 525i I need both sides. I could call BMA put they may be unpainted then and someone has to have a parts car I can get them from.

Yeah, he wants the body colored lower trim, which integrate with the skirts. No wrecker in their right mind will part with one or two pieces of the trim -- the skirts are too valuable to not sell the entire package as one. They're something ridiculous -- $50/each -- from a new parts source.

Calling BMA in the morning, Haven't thrown away the old ones yet.

Got the car painted, doesn't look half bad for being a rush job. Now have to wait for it to cure so I can buff and wax it to my normal bmw shine.

However, Prop will not get it done before Chicago.

Just called BMA... 104 dollars.. and they aren't painted....

I think I am going to take the dremail to them... then repaint them... The outside of them aren't all that bad, other then the other paint and where I tagged one with the dremail before I dicided that breaking them getting them off would be better then ruining them for sure.... and it was going to make for a better paint job anyway.

Don't wanta spend 100 bucks to find out that the paint isn't going to turn out right... and... I be out of bmw money anyway with buying the house.

OT Anyone looking for a roommate on the West side of Cleveland?
