You can either hit "Manage Attachments" at the bottom of the "not short" reply screen or you can upload them and create a either a link or an IMG tag.

Taken off of my laptop (I have no desktop icons and I hide the taskbar), I also have this image as my background on my Solaris box at work and will load it on my Mac when it arrives. My home PC has a picture of my 5yo "driving" my Mini. My FreeBSD box I use as a web/file server at home has no gui, so no background is needed.

Oh, I shot that picture when I was in Destin this spring. As the tide changed there was some longboardable surf, which I thoroughly enjoyed. :) That is until some of the predatory fish started swimming a bit too close for comfort.
