Yes,
was reasonably happy with them and they do answer the phone...
I bought an AC compressor from them - it was not exactly the same but works fine. (The holes had to be drilled out a bit where the unit mounts to the car).

Yes - I have had good experience with them - both off ebay and directly by telephone. Call them, I bet you they'll make it right.

Claim to ship next day but took over a week from AL to Raleigh NC. Met their product commitment but slow shipping.

Yeah, give them a call. I had to send an e-mail to find out what was going on. The part I ordered was still in the car and had to be taken out. The part was fine though when I got it

I had the same issue. I ordered something and PayPal-ed for it immediately (like they ask for in their auctions). They sat on it for about five days before they told me they were shipping it. It was a used fan clutch which, apart from being filthy and slightly corroded, worked perfectly. I would buy from them again, but keep in mind their lack of priority for your immediate satisfaction.

Yeah, thats what kinda pisses me off, I paid for it via paypal all of 2 minutes after the auction ended.. and still don't have my parts
