Hey guys, i just replaced my spark plugs and the alternator died out. Turns out that the voltage regulator was bad, so I got that replaced. Ever since I replaced the spark plugs and voltage regulator, I have gotten really bad gas mileage. About 250 freeway miles on a full tank of gas.

Also, the air conditioner has not been very cold, could that affect the gas mileage that dramatically?

Thanks.

AC will affect it some, shouldnt be dramatic tho. did you reboot after you were all done?

No I didn't reboot. How do I do that?

The battery was completely dead, so I didn't think I needed to reset anything.

What kind of spark plugs did you use? Some types will cause problems.

Hey Jeff,

I don't understand what youmean by my trans running 2 clutch packs at the same time.

Are you refering to my other post with the tranny running bad in reverse?

Will reseting the computer possibly fix the tranny issue?

Thanks.

I used the Bosch ones that I got from Autozone.

After I do the reset, should I just drive the car smoothly for a while or run it hard?
