Hi all, i wish to fit a PS2 and wish to know if there are kits available. I want a drop down screen to fit in the roof if poss so it can be viewed from the rear seats (Kids).

I've watched my boys playing PS2 and I would NOT want them behind me in traffic playing San Andreas, or Metal of Honor.

I have seen many 7 inch LCD screens that mount upside down, and most people with simular sedans, cut out the arm rest well between the rear seats and put the PS2 in side ways on a mount. This also allows easy installation of the power invertor in the trunck

i can understand sat nav and mps3 computers, i have them in mine, but a ps2! what!

i can imagine it now, no dad cant get out of the car yet i just want to finish this bit first

also quick thought on a flip down screen from the roof, one there are no mouting points and 2 you wont be able to see in your rear view mirror when its flipped down!

Hell,

I don't even have a map, and I refuse to stop and ask for directions...
Now why would I want a GPS to tell me where I am?

its fine if u travel to places you know, but if you go to places you dont like i do, i get lost all the time, and having sat nav, on a laptop actually, pics are available on other posts is invaluable, id be lost without it!

Yeah and spend a fortune on UMDs and spare batteries for the PSP!. First problem is you need 2 or more PSP units if you have more kids. One would be a disaster as kids will fight over it!.
And what about those older PS2 disks your kids had ?. I just had my kids play these games at home. Not on the road, not in my car when I am on the edge of the legal speed limit, occasionally at the edge of the car's limit!.

Hehe, these days, reading is pretty much out of the question on long trip. I would have thought sleeping would be more the case with kids. My old problem is too much toilet breaks needed or aircond not cold enough out back!.
