I'm looking at buying some M5 wheels that are currently on an E36 will they fit on my E34.??????

If they're on an e36 and aren't causing problems, chances are that they're the wrong (~40) offset. The E34 needs a low offset wheel, so if they're OEM M5 wheels, then they'll fit just fine.
