Got to drive my 520i for it's 1st long test drive today. I have had new front discs, pads and calipers. The exhaust has been fixed and an oIl and filter change. Took it for it's M.O.T. and it still needs some bushes, rear shocks and the hand brake looking at.
But boy for 16 years old this is still a great drive, just think how it will be when it's all done. More good news, the guy who does the work on my cars has a 520 the same as mine i can get bits off, with alloys on. I think they are basketweaves, better than the steel rims iv'e got.

PS: Do i have to take the rear seats out to see the top of the shocks?

Yes.

Not a big deal, though.
