how do I post pictures when I try to post attachments it say the pics are too big. Anyway to post larger pics???

anything bigger than 800x400 is way to big for internet purposes...especially for those using dial-up service. I hate it when I've had to wait 5 minutes for a pic to load, then have to scroll left/right just to see the whole picture! :p
