After installing my HIDs, I have no use for my modded Eurolites 9005 bulbs. They are modified to fit the stock 9006 low beam harness. If you're interested, let me know. $20 shipped to Canada, $25 shipped to U.S.

You're joking right? $15 bulbs for $25?

No, not kidding. That's for shipping from Canada. In Toronto, the median price of these is $30CDN. I'd drop the price, but because of the packing involved, that's the way it is. If anyone wants to pick the up locally in Toronto, I'd gladly give them away for $20CDN. Of course, these are changed from 9005 to fit 9006. Although some people can do this with their eyes closed, some can't. Keep that in mind ;)

From a PM:

Hello Qube, what are the advantages of these vs Silverstars or the 9012 HIR bulbs
------------------------

As with any blue tinted bulb, the light output is lower than a comparable halogen. However, since this is a 9005 originally, I would gather that you get similar light output. That is (in my meek logic):

Blue 9005 (from 9006) = Halogen Std Light Output (lumens)

This is based on here: http://www.bmwe34.net/E34main/Upgrade/More_light.htm

The selection of using Eurolights (now I use HIDs) is done after researching what majority are satisfied with. Some use expensive PIAAs and others use short-lived Silverstars. These were the best pick and bang for the buck. These appear much whiter than Silverstars, of course.

Hope this answers your questions.
