Headlight Adjustment

On my 1990 535 how do I adjust the headlights. I need to bring them up after putting the sachs kit on. I can not find the adjustments? I did a seach, but nothing really helped me out.

Adjustment screws location:
- The screw to move the light up and down is located at the front of the grill.
- The screw to move the light left and right is located in the engine compartment next to the fender, it is a long piece of white plastic.
