Could a can of Techron cause poorer MPG?

Ran a can through last week and now my Avg MPG 1 on OBC is a full 1 mpg less than MPG 2 which I never reset. This is over two tanks and no difference in driving. What could've happened?

if u had an increae in power then without u thinking about it you would step on it when u take off. BUT if its still the same ... you might have desolved the mess in the tank to get stuck in the fuel filter. or u have a weeker fuel pump that got affected by this too. so what u need to do is to replace the fuel filter if u havn't, then check the fuel pressure. if its low then u hav to consider the fuel pump change.
