Hey Jon - does that screen have a dimmer line on it? I imagine it'd mess with the nightvision if it were too bright...Perhaps it was more problematic when mounted up there by the center vent?

it has full brightness, contrast, color control... everything your computer monitor does, it does. Yeah its not so much an issue mounted low.

I remember that there was a nav button for day/night mode. Must have been in one of your earlier thread pics ;)

BTW where did you relocate the vent sliders to (or did you trash them)?

The sliders were set too 100% top 100% middle 50% feet and then disconnected behind the dash.
