Hello everybody.
I have 535 whit 187XXX mils.
After driving 35-50 miles I am sometimes getting a message <check coolant level>. Next day every thing is fine, coolant level is in COLD mark. Even I flushed the cooling system.
Is anyone had same problem?
(the Bentley manual shows cooling system capacity for 535 is
12.7 qts.(12 liters) but it took about 4qts. Is it right?????????????).

Thanks.

If the fluid checks out ok, it's likely a stuck sensor. It's the item in the overflow tank on the back firewall with the wires going to it.

try adding a bit of coolant and see if it goes away, might be a fussy sensor. My oil warning chimes when im 1 toothpick wide below the full line.

My coolant level warning is going on maybe 50% of the time. Then the warning goes off. Most of the time the level is fine. I'm getting ready to replace all the hoses and belts. Maybe I'll throw a new sensor in at the same time.
