Hmmm, thats not a good sign, SERVER UPDATE

I've implemented the new server, everything went OK. But then this morn, it seems the second network interface card stopped working. I replaced cables and checked all sorts of things, but only a Reboot of the new server seems to have worked. Not a good sign. I thought that the cables getting jiggled while implementing the new server, but now I'm not sure what happened. hmmm, this is just an update. The new server definitely feel faster, but lets keep our fingers crossed about the 2nd network card issue connecting the new web server to it's database server.
