idea ive had about getting the signal from the steering wheel buttons to the car, wireless...if u ditch the airbag u have room for a transmitter to send the signals wirelessly and power it from a small 9v battery, which would typically depending on use last months
therefore no twisting wires running from steering wheel!
can u post a picture of the bolt and spline on your new wheel please?
