Weight of a Differential?

Kind of an odd question, but how much (about) would the rear differential weight? If it matters its the 3.91LSD out of my M5.

the small unit weighs about 60 pounds, id have to say about 20 lbs more.

I just shipped one last week and I think it was about 80lbs and it was an open ended 3.23. Suprisingly enough it was only 10lbs lighter than the tranny was

over 70lbs ups costs goes up exponentially
usps won't ship it over 70lbs
and fedex is gay
didn't try dhl
but ups was like 65-70 bucks?

Yea I shipped mine out for 68 I think, like he said, too much, at least it wasn't on mine dime
