Speaking of neighboors .. need sugestions

In my lovely community it is not illegal to park your car in the front year. Which explains why my city Waterford is sometimes called Watertucky. So my neighboors will park their cars in their front yard, for no reason. I have talked to them about it and they don't seem to think its a problem. Since the city/police won't do anything what can I do to remedy the sitiuation. I don't want to get arrested or in trouble for anything, nor do I want to risk have retaliation against my own property. Anyone have suggestions ??

are they parking in your yard? if so the cops may be able to do something, if you don't like em parking in their yard, move or get use to it

yep, unfortunatly you will have to move if it's not illegal to park on the lawn. That dont do anything for your resale value either, looks like they have a huge ass driveway. all i can say is I hope they dont breed.

If they're tagged and are current on their registration there probably not much you can do - unless zoning in your area prohibits this. At least they're running!

Your area isn't alone in being a "tucky". Asheville was like that for a while - until they passed an ordinance which said that if you have a car on your property it has to be tagged and driveable. If not it has to be garaged or under a cover - none of this trailer park trash shit of having 7 cars on blocks. A house not too far from here was nailed..he had 5 VWs (3 w/o suspension - just the body and frame), a Dodge Monaco ("it's my son's car...he'll put it on the road when he returns" and a boiler from a school that he was going to install in his house (it was the size of a WV, he had plans on modifying it).

In the end, get used to it, put up a fence, or move. This is America, you're free to do whatever you want.

I am afraid to do anything that will damage their vehicles. I am afraid of what they might do in turn, so that idea is basically out. They don't do a thing around their house and are about 300lbs a piece, basically people that don't care about anything but their next meal. Unfortunatley they have already started to reproduce, the physics of which boggle the mind given the weights involved.

I am thinking light. Lots of security lights around the house, make it so that their bedroom is always bright and full of light, especially at 3am.
