anyone know how to shut a neighbor up

i have a bitch that lives right above me in a appartman building, and everitime i work on my e34 like wash the car, fix a bulb she calles the landlord or the cops saying im making too much noise, but when the guys cut grass with a noisy leafblower and crasscutter she doesnt do anything. So does anyone know where I can get a rule list that tells me what i can and cannot do in front of a appartman building, or how I can legaly shut her up, if this was my country I would just threten that I would brake her legs or kill her and she coudnt do anything the cops dont care for this kind of crap, i mean making too much noise. She is pissing me off and disturbing the cops when they should be doing something better instead of fixing a noise problem. And yea how much noise does a light bulb change make. Stupid bitch I just think that she hates me. So if anyone know a legal way to shut her up please help me.

you could ask the landlord what you can and cannot do at the apartment complex. when you wash or work on your vehicle, do you sit outside with the stereo jamming really loud? if so you might want to turn it down. if that fails and you're idling about quitely making no noise then work on your car out of her view.

what country are you from where it's legal to kill someone who calls the landlord about you?

I dont know if you can call it getting even but what I have done several times is sign them up for everything, I mean everything. Go to a drug store and look through magazines, theres lots of things she might be interested in receiving, dolls, figurines, blinds, home furnishings, magazines of course the list goes on. The internet is another useful tool so sign her up for stuff like fertility, gay rights, dating services, home loans, legal help, personality disorder counseling, credit cards, education, alcohol and drug abuse, refinancing etc etc theres more than enough stuff she needs and while it's not actually getting even you will have a firm smile on your face every time you see the mailman fill them boxes. It would be nice if you could look up her phone number and specify they call at odd times, such as a few hours before she gets up for work or a few hours after bed. It's amazing how much that crap made in China could be useful for.

Your lease or rental contract should specify what you can and cannot do, working on cars is usually not in there because some people get carried away and make the place look trashy. If all your doing however is washing the car and small maintenance that is usually allowed. And like the other post said, keep the radio down! a loud radio would piss me off too, so think about it both ways.

Or something that smells worse - the apron off of a softshell crab. Let that thing since in a ziplock bag out in the sun for a few days, whew. Had this happen on Hatteras...found some softshells, cleaned. Put the aprons in a bag, my surf pal was supposed to put them into the cooler for use as bait later. Naa see im not playing loud music, or making any noise she is just pissed off at me and mostly everone that makes any noise, and yea im from Serbia and no u cannot kill someone or brake their bones but if u say that u will do it they shut up, it scares them sence there are dangerous gangs that u dont want to mess with. But thanks for all your help I do like the idea to sign her for allot of crap. I will also see what I can and cannot do and also have a talk with the land lord, and its not just me there is another group that she wanted them kicked out so they are in to get rid of her.
