    Default Style 19 Sport Package Rim/Tire Set - 17" x 8"

I originally was trying to sell these locally to avoid shipping but if you're willing to pay shipping, I'm willing to ship them to you (I ship freight from my work so they'll be properly packaged). You can e-mail me your zip code or address and I will calculate shipping costs for you before we make an agreement.

Anyway, Up for grabs is a complete set of Style 19 Sport Package 17x8 wheels that came off my 540. These are the optional 2-piece wheels for the E39. They wil fit on an E34 with hubcentric rings, or any other 5, 6 or 7 series for that matter post 1982. (I can't verify anything earlier, but I'm pretty sure earlier 6's should be okay)

I've never curbed these wheels at all but there's literally 1 or 2 scratches that show through the clearcoat on the lip of one rim. I keep a 5th style 19 which I use as a spare that I just stripped the clear off and polished to a mirror shine which is what I intended to do with all 4 of these before I changed wheels two days ago. Tires are 235/45/ZR17 Sumitomo's which I replaced 2 only last month. The other two will absolutely need to be replaced, no questions asked, you can drive on them... to the tire shop to replace them, but I wouldn't go more than 50 more miles or so on them? (the worn 2 that is).

Locally I was asking $700.00 for the set with the tires (which you can get new tires of the exact same make and size for $63 bucks on tire rack each). Bimmernut folks I'm willing to work with you. Forum folks can have the set for $600.00 plus whatever the cost for shipping to you would be. (And yes, all 4 center-caps are included as well)

E-mail me at snakeyestx at gmail dot com with your zip code or physical address+zip code and I'll get you the best rate I can on shipping without trying to break the bank. I've been on the board for a few years now and I'm sure if you're kind of new here, another veteran on the board can probably vouche for my credibility here if you're leary of buying from a forum.

Below are a few pictures of the wheels still on my car (pictures are the good tires I had just replaced which were on the front of my 540 which I actually just took off the car yesterday). My apologies if the images are huge. I just took them with my iphone so I didn't think the quality would be godly.

    And another...

One more note... Wheels are located in Houston, Texas. If you're nearby and want to make a local deal, I'll offer them to you at the same price.

Update : I'm open to offers if this seems too high. I did a little looking on e-bay for a style 19 wheel and at the time the going rate was 300 each so I thought this was fair. Don't hesitate to shoot me an offer though.

Are you willing to part with the (2) wheels with the new rubber? And are they straight? Thanks

Yeah, they're all straight, but I'd really like to keep them as a set if possible. I've had a few local flakes.. err.. offers but craigslist flooded me in the last two weeks with lowballers with bent or curbchecked rims. People seem to fall for the price without reading the ad there so I lose out every time. =/
