The e34 has 154k on her, and I think I want to totally replace the worn suspension parts to tighten things up. I'm going to do springs and shocks down the road, just suspension parts now. So please help me out with any other recommendations for parts to change.
Here's my list so far:
Lower control arms
thrust arms
sway bar links
steering link
center track rod
idler arm
tighten steering column/steering box
Anything else while I'm at it?
This weekend I'm doing a valve adjustment, oil change, filters change, belts, and tranny mounts.

Might as well do the tie rods if you're swapping out the drag link and idler arms. Might also inspect your rear pitman arms (aka dogbones). Look for tears in the bushing. About $40 each at BMA.
Something to consider down the road might be your rear subframe bushings. Takes some special tools and not everyone's are worn.
