any advice on whats to come ! I'm ready for a complete front end with brakes ,struts, and needs paint job ! Is it worth the investment too continue.
or run it in the ground! Wipper motor acting up fuel tank has a small leak,tires worn, on my 6th front end and the car still booges down the highway!

Hi Johnny,

Is it worth it to keep the car is very subjective. You will probably get more bang for the buck if you put the money into a new car (IE - Warranty). But, you probably are attached to this 5 and it is one of the best looking cars around IMHO not to mention solid as can be. The M60 engine does not have the same reviews for reliability as other BMW engines, but with proper maintenece it should run many more miles. The paint is a big investment that you will not recoup on selling, but if you love the car spend your money as you choose. I personally would just budget $XX per month [$XXXX Canadian ;o)] and run it into the ground. If you can handle most of the minor mechanical things yourself you will save a ton. As far as what will break, I wouldn't expect anything out of the ordinary other than typical wear and tear items.
