Anyone buy high polish instrument rings on ebay?

I have a set from this seller but never mounted them. I will sell them to you if you like. I did not install them because I simply didn't want to have to have my shop leave the cluster out when they replaced the bulbs and steering wheel on my car. They mount just by glueing onto the plastic around the gauges. Have had them only about two months. I am out of the country right now but will be back on Monday. I decided not to try thembecause, if I don't like them, I will likely have SuperGlue residue on the panel.

yea, i've also thought about these at one time. i emailed the german seller, and he also told me that it uses super glue to attach onto the cluster. seems kinda ghetto to me. plus super glue can get messy.

if it's anything like the rings offered for e36's and so fourth, they'll probably fall off or come apart in my section within a year.
