Oil Leak

In the past couple of weeks I've started an oil drip in my 525iT. It appears to be coming from the front left of the engine, right behind the radiator. I've never done anything to the engine besides regualr maint, so I'm not sure what is located there (perhaps the oil pump?). Anyway, there were 3 10 or 12mm nuts (can't remember) that I tightened a bit and that didn't help (I figured it wouldn't but it ws worth a try and the oil was pooled on the nuts). Does anyone know the fix to this leak? Is there a gasket that can be replaced? Thanks

that is also where your oil pressure sender is located back. Check your oil pan bolts and also your valve cover gasket. You can spot the trail if you look closely..

Remember that just below radiator is the engine oil cooler.

same problem ...but I had switch to Mobil 1 and the leak started..Mobil rep said that there are a lot of crevices that the conventional oil does not seep into and maybe the Mobil 1 does......I switched back to regular oil but the leak is very slight but there........I guess I need advice also......
