    other than bypassing.. is there any way to actually fool the system?

    on the later ones theres not really anything to bypass as it's built into the engine computer, it's a pain in the ass because you need to get replacement computers coded with a expensive piece of equipment, theres one shop in baton rouge besides the dealer that can do it and it sucks to have to take it across town and get it zapped and then see if that was the problem, like the general module on e38s needs to be coded and it ****s with even more stuff on the car then e34 gm's

    that's too bad.. i was gonna start ripping off bmw's. unfortunately the tow-truck method is a little bit too heaty
