http://www.xmission.com/~kd7olf/torque.html
I will be removing the head for gasket replacement ... I know this is not new and Bently has it already, but I need some pics or pages with clear pics about the timing setup so I would have all the stuff ready when I will remove the head off after 4 days from now.
please help me mates ...
Edit : Spcial thanks to Kriss ... he knows why :P
Can I reuse the cylinder head bolts? or do I purchase new ones

good definition! you know you need new bolts and have to draw up an angle paper. all we need is some decent pictures!

nice information there ... I was planning on buying normal bolts. what's the difference between the Trox, and Hex bolts? also what if I dont have the torque wrench? is there a way to do it without it ... a lot of workshops do it without it. how risky is that? and if there is an alternative method too just incase.
Well, the people in a workshop do it day by day and they have the feeling. I just bought 2 torque wrenches on the internet, 1 small one 29-110 Nm, and the larger one up to 210 Nm. Not a big investment.
This one is new and I got it on the Japanese auction house for less than 30 US$
Wow !!!! man you rock .... I never expected this !! ... just one thing ... how do we choose the 0 angle point?
replaced like other models do. They do require angle torguing however.
And I know of no shops that don't use a torque wrench on headbolts. Everybody does. You can fudge on other bolts on the car because its easy to develop the feel for 35ft.lbs or so but i dont know of any mechanics who do that with headbolts. Buy a torque wrench and make or buy the angle gauge for torquing your head bolts. Locally at autozone the angle gauge is less than 10 dollars US.
