    its murphys law to always miss a spot while working your ass (and fingers) off...but if you meant the rear bumper, it has to be repainted not enough paint left to be restored

    Nice job. I had mine done last fall and it really brings it back it life. Of course I didn't spend 6 hours. I spent $200 and had someone else do it along with stream clean the interior and leather conditioning.

    wow! did you have swirl marks or other paint damage?

    there was very very minor swirl marks on the hood, the only paint damage I have is both bumpers, paint is pretty much shot in both places (salvaged some of the front bumper w/some compound & extra elbow grease). Theres a few imperfections from previous owner (knicked paint where they debadged) but it cleaned up nicely for being 14 years old...
