Did you have the problem BEFORE you put new tires on the car? If not, have the tires re-balanced at a different location. (not everyone is an All Star on balancing).
Here's one, When I accelerate and reach a speed of about 40-50 mph I feel it shuttering it seems as if it's comming from the rear but then when I'm above that speed it runs very smooth then when comming down in speed I feel the same thing about the same speed 40-50 mph then it runs smooth at lower speeds. Tires are new, there was a vibration at braking and I replaced the front rotors so I fixed that now what?

Your right I think I'll do that.
I purchased this bimmer about a week or two and it's been going on since BUT you know I think I'll have the tires rebalanced.
**** I dont believe this has slipped our minds, are they factory stock wheels made for your car? if not you are supposed to have hubcentric rings that center the wheel to the hub, the lugs dont do a good job. Also if you have them balanced and they use them 5 lug centering deals it wont work, you need to have them balanced with the centering of the wheel on the back center hole. Believe it or not this stuffs important, we all take it for granted that people know this.
