Any insights on grafting in electrical front seats in non-electric seats car
as well as having the memory buttons for my E34 seats. This would be great, I have access to the seat chassis and could swap my covers on this one in a sec. I just need any insights from you guys before I do it.

Remove the carpets and see of the wire looms are already there.
The door rear view mirror with the tip function will not work on memory.
The inside of the memo rear view mirror is different and has 2 motors, also the wires are more than on normal electric rear view mirrors and the plugs have more pins.

harnesses under the carpet going to the side mirrors (and the mirrors to have full memory seat functions). I would suggest you to take a look to these posts from e34it, so you see what you are facing.
