    Default 525 Triflow on 535?

Does anyone know if a Triflow cat back exhaust for an e34 525 will fit on a 535? Any downsides? Are they the exact same? Thanks for the info!

I can't say for a 525 to 535, but I've used a 540 Tri-Flo on my 535 for the last seven years now without any problems*. I believe it should work.

*"Problems" as used in the above post refers to issues of fitment ONLY. It in no way should construed to cover areas such as, oh, I don't know, THE FREAKIN' THING FALLING APART!!!!! (Watch out for the tips and the brackets on the muffler. They do fall off/break).

check the fitting on the cats. I was told they are of different diameter and may not be interchangable. I know the 540i, 535i, and M5 are the same, but dont think it applies to the 525i...............You can always call B&B Triflow for info.
