looks like more than the finish was sanded off wheel no. 4...like part of the lip...LOL. Refinishing T-stars properly is closer to $100 each...sometimes more depending on amount of lip restoration required.

I got my set for the same price, and they'd all been refinished 1 week before, from Wheel Collision center in PA.

Hmm..I have to agree that's no bargain. Good sets with covers can be found for that price, and sometimes even with decent tires. I shopped for t-stars longer than I'd like to admit and found a polished set with almost new Yoko AVS Dbs for $800 (+$100 shipping). That was lucky to find but really great deals are out there.
