    Default

I recently had a simular problem, it would not go back up either. No prior warning. It turned out to be broken teeth in the gear reducer jamming the worm drive of the motor. Also check that the plastic glides are well greased. I had to replace the complete motor regulator assembly. See photo I found online which helped to explain Good luck!
