    Default E34 Mudflaps!?!

I just saw an E34 (wide grill 530i) with BMW mudflaps on it. They were small, hard plastic, and unobtrusive, black, and the rear ones had BMW etched on the back.

I never knew that these were available! I spend hours every month removing tar from right behind my wheelwells underneath the black trim on my bright red E34. I really need some mudflaps!

What's the part number? Where can I get them?

    Thanks!

If you are refering to the ones in the diagram below...you can order them from a BMW dealer's Parts Dept. If the counter folks aren't that bright or familiar with the BMW ETK parts CD...they will need to look at the Euro side of the disk to find the part numbers. I don't know why they don't show up when USA is chosen. If they still don't get it...leave and order them from one of the BMW dealerships that advertise nationally like: PacificBMW.com; CircleBMW.com; CrevierBMW.com; or BMWStore.com.

    The front set of flaps (#1): 72 60 8 102 996
    The rear set of flaps (#2): 72 60 8 102 199

cant read russian but the custom curved flap deal where it hugs the fender looks nice. What was the cost on those? Might be worth it for me this season if it stops the mud from spraying all over my car.

The curvy one shown on the website above I think is actually for 3 series.

Otherwise you can buy from a UK website. GBP18.50. Not sure in USD.

I bought a set there. On mine (E34 of course) rear left is from the set I bought, rear right is still the BMW original. Cannot tell the difference between them though the mounting is slightly different.

guys, I've got these mud flaps on my 535i. Excellent item. Also on my 750. I put them on when both cars were new and they sure keep the tar and crap off the car. Yes, they are quite unobtrusive and blend inn with the styling of the car as well. I'll take a shot of the 750 with the flaps on it, as the 535 is stripped apart in my garage right in the middle of my very meticulous repaint process. I just can't remember how to post a pic on here...
