    Default Badge Removal/Replacement

So, I ordered new badges for the hood and trunk. How do you remove the existing ones?

Most people take a thin screwdriver or paint spatula, wrap the end in tape and gently work around the perimeter of the badge lifting as they go. good luck.

Another trick is to use dental floss. Work it under the emblem and wrap the ends around a pencil and pull. This method may take several tries before it is lifted enough to grab, but it won't chip your paint. There are grommets that secure the emblem at the 3 and 9 o'clock position.
