1994 auto box (A/S modes) switch question

Quick question - is the A/S mode control next to the automatic gearbox lever supposed to light up with the rest of the buttons/controls? If so, looks like I need to buy a new one from somewhere.

You just need to replace the light bulb. Not too difficult, but I think you can pull the switch out without having to remove the wood from around the gear shift.

I did pull the switch out last night, looked like a sealed unit though. Tried to remove the top casing but the switch button was blocking it - didn't want to try pulling that off in case it broke! Can you just lever off the switch button, then seperate the casing to get to the bulbs?
