Default Finally Installed my new front rotors and pads

I changed jobs recently and havent had a day of in 18 days and it looks like I wont get one for another 8 so I decided to do my brakes after work this evening.

Lucky for me I have been carpooling and not having to drive to work

I used Raybestos QS pads ($60 from Pep Boys) and Cross Drilled Zimmerman rotors ($140 from BMA).

I used some high temp BBQ paint sob the rotor hubs dont rust and also painted the calipers. As usual my pic is too big. I plan to clean the wheel really good next day off and paint the rears to match

When I painted my rotors... I just masked off the braking surface. ITs not really that hard, just take your time. Even if you get paint on the surface, you can scuff it off with sandpaper.

Default Here is a pic before the wheel went on

I did paint the rotor set screw before putting the wheel back on
Also included a picture of the old mintex pads and stock rotors
