Default "Virtual E34 Fall Car Show"... Gentlemen, start your engines....

We've had a couple of Spring shows, and even a Summer show. Now it's time for a Fall car show. I believe this will be our 4th annual car show. Look for it around the end of October....get out there, and take those pictures, sort 'em out and show us your best one!

Last year we had some beautiful shots, and correct me if I'm wrong, but there had to be over 200 E34's in their finest dress. This was from all over the world!!! Our show usually starts on a Friday afternoon, Australia time......this gives us mates on the other side of the pond time to wake up and post our entries as well early Friday morning.

The show lasts for about 3 or 4 days of posting pictures. Then we vote, democracy at it's finest, and the results are posted.

Hope to see everyone there! And if anyone has seen ed lately, tell him what we're up to.....afterall, we do need the administrators' blessing......=)

    Stay tuned.....

heheh, well i know the guys at the bodyshop so i paid cash.. and in canadian funds. there was a lot of bodywork and they did a beautiful job, minus a hood that needed to be (and has been ) re-clear coated..

so i paid 1,800 Canadian, which comes to.. maybe 14-1500 US? something like that. other body shops had quoted anywhere between 4-5 g's for the job. I didn't change the colour much from the original so the door jams and trunk lining weren't done, which of course would have cost a lot more.

anyway.. it was a great deal for me, it's good to have friends in bodyshops, i just wish i could find a mechanic i could trust. i have photos of the entire car if you'd like to scrutinize the work.. it really makes the car look more modern with the whole body one colour.
