    Default Throttle cable housinig is cracking.....

    .....at closest point to engine. Does any ETK owners know cable assy. p/n for 1992 525IA M50?

    Part numbers are the easy part - Just call up BMA and Yves will get them. I replaced these on my 535 a while back - lots of fun! IIRC, looking at the process on the 525 (m50, like yours), it looked tighter than on the M30 car.

    If you attatched the new throttle cable to the end of the old cable inside the car could you pull it through that way......obviously doing the gas pedal first...My car is slow to return to idle,i suspect the cable....... I dont thave the cruise to worry about
