Which pin on stock headunit is for MOBILE PHONE mute?
Just installed the new car kit and would like to hook up to the OEM BMW mute feature that I know my headunit offers. Mine is the square plug setup? Which pin do I have to connect the wire to?

The Bentley shows pin 4 (Wht/Brn) of the larger radio connectors (17pin) as the Cellphone wire.
It should be possible to test if you ground it through a resistor (I'd suggest 500ohm or better to reduce any current flow in case it is not the right one).
