I havent heard of that one being anti theft. If you have an alarm than set and reset and then see if it will start?
Dear All,
I left my car to be parked at my garage today, but inadvertently did not leave the keys. WHen I returned 30 min later with the keys, they had pushed the car 15 feet or so into a spot. I had left it with the emergency brake on and in neutral.
Once they had the keys they were unable to start the car. Said the battery was turning it over to avail.
Any ideas? I hope that this is some sort of anitheft thing...and easy to remedy...
Thanks in advance; you guys have been a great help.

Thanks for the input. The morning garage guy apparently started it, and said that, after the engine revved very high (perhaps the engine had been flooded w/ gas?) he put some oil on something inside the engine compartment, and that I might need to 'fix something'!
Alas, his english is poor, and my car knowledge matches his english skills.
Will head over this aft and see what's up.

Thanks again Regal.
I found the throttle cable sheath out of its socket...so I guess the garage guy had pulled it out when trying to start the car. I smoothed it out and returned it to the socket.
Does anyone put throttle cable safety clips on this thing...even though it did not appear to be a recall on our model...although on others it was?
