BMW E32 7-Series Owners Manual
I found this on another board:
Posted these over on another board, but thought these would be more usefull for us Canadian fold who frequent this board...
They are Japanese wiring diagrams. I took my car in to the BMW dealership to get some work done on my Jap spec 750iL, and work came to a stop since the mechanic couldn't tell which wire went where since the colors were different from the North Amarican wiring diagrams to the ones on my Jap spec 7. So, for all those who have interest in downloading them, here they are. Twelve files in total, about 74mb total.

I could not open the files with internet explorer, but it works with google chrome on my PC. Better download it.

For info, the Japan specification only thermo switch relay, which gives an alarm in the check control when the cat gets too hot:
BMW E32 735iL, E34, E39, Thermo Switch Relay 7-PIN, Part No.1382888 , Maker: Degussa, Germany, Thermo Schaltgeraet 870 degree C. Pins E1, 31, E2, 15, E4, A1, E3
The relay only gives a warning, has no effect on the DME. The relay is no longer available, if you want to eliminate the warning in the check control, just pull the yellow relay in the fuse box under the rear seat
