boge 115 meyle 70 bilstein-crap is meyle coming up to standards or should I go boge again? I did get about 100K out of them (half) Bunch of parts coming before next weekend, wanted to inspect but fvck them asshats with lifts Ill just replace everything instead.

yeah... was meyle $70, boge $115 $45 each difference, now unsure and not making the purchase yet without more research. Don't see the boge turbo ones like I have so I really have no clue now.

It is gas strut for front.

As far as I know... there is only one strut for Boge for 1990 and newer E34.

Cool, I'll dig out the box and see if this is the same as I have. But then I'll need to replace the other LOL, I'm chasing my tail on this one. Need to dig out my receipt also, I think these had lifetime warranty, not sure at this point in time.

I believe you installed Bilstein... is it the touring, comfort, HD or Sport model?

I am big fan of Comfort, HD or Sport... never a problem. These have lifetime warranty.

Touring is a different breed... same as Boge and if I recalled correctly, people have problem with Touring struts...

Played with that bilstein crap years ago and did a write up on it. Know for sure I have the boge/sachs stuff just need to confirm the numbers. Very good experience with them considering what I put them through :-)
